To check the balance on your card, click the button below.

Are you having problems checking your card balance?

1. Click on the ‘Check Balance’ button above; it will take you to the check balance page.
2. Enter the 16-digit number on the back of your card
3. Click on the next box, and the drop-down menu will appear. Select to sign in using “Card Number and 4 Digit Passcode.”
4. Enter the 4-digit pin on the back of your card.
